Michael is an American attorney and global business development specialist with extensive experience in the telecoms and technology industries. He has provided leadership to telecom startups, real-estate ventures and cryptocurrency equipment vendors.
Michael established IDT´s offices in Spain and Latin America and was a Partner at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP in New York City.
Michael is a graduate of Boston University School of Law.

Stephen advises CERES TMT on telecommunication finance and securitisation issues. He has 25 years´distinguished experience in international asset-backed financial services and has served in senior trading and director roles at Prudential Bache, US Bancorp and Ragen McKenzie.
Stephen has spent the last 6 years working in Pakistan and Bangladesh to digitalise primary school curriculum for distribution via feature phone devices. Stephen graduated from Tufts University.
The Advisory Board meet regularly to provide strategic direction, fiduciary oversight and above all, independent and impartial advice and guidance.
